Harbor is a widely adopted registry. In GitOps, it is a non sense to declare users/projects/robots through the GUI.

Description

Develop an operator to manage Harbor in GitOps.

Orange developed and publish in Open Source a configuration operator for harbor in order to provision and use Harbor using Gitops
